Travel Insurance protects your investment from the unexpected. Remember, if you need to cancel your vacation FOR ANY REASON there are substantial cancellation fees. In most cases the trip is non-refundable after final payment due date.
By signing and returning this form, you agree and understand that there are substantial cancellation fees from the Cruise/Tour Company(s), Village Cruise and Travel, and others (Airline, Hotels, other Service Providers, Etc.) that can begin after your deposit is made. You also state that you DO NOT want the travel insurance protection.
I understand the risk of not having trip insurance, and would like to decline the coverage.
