1 - Initial Consultation
We will meet with you to get details of what you want to include in your trip. We will gather information about:
Areas/cities you want to visit on your trip Sightseeing and transportation needs
How you want to get between areas/cities Budget information
What type of accommodations you’d like General deposit / Final payment guidelines.
2 - Quick Review
We will present you with a basic trip plan for your trip, after we do a quick review, to make sure that we can deliver the trip within the parameters set in the initial consultation. This plan will show the components as discussed and confirm that we can deliver it within your budget requirements. Details regarding specific hotels, transportation times and tours will not be provided at this time.
3 - Review of Trip Plan & Trip Planning Deposit
We will review the trip plan with you and note changes you’d like to make. At this time we will require a $300.00 trip planning fee. If you travel on the trip, this fee is applied to your final payment - so you pay nothing for our service. If you decide to not take the trip the fee is non-refundable unless we do not keep the budget within a 10% overrun. Note: This does not apply if additional components are added by you that force a budget increase.
4 - Fine Tuning Your Trip
At this stage we will hold your space and present you with a more detailed trip plan. This revised trip plan will have details including hotel names, transportation times and we will update it based on our conversation. We will also provide you with a final cost and deposit / final payment requirements.
5 - Additional Information
When we price a trip we will use all the resources available to us, so your trip may be booked with one or several sources to get you the best value for the overall trip. We provide you a price for your entire trip plan. We do not provide Individual component pricing information. We may give you options such as: if you book ‘X’ hotel the price will be “X’ dollars more than ‘Y’ hotel.
In most major cities there are hundreds of hotel to choose from, we will use hotels that are bookable within our suppliers for your trip. We do this as we can control the deposit cost as well as we know the hotel is responsible to the tour company if there is a issue during your stay. If you want a hotel outside of what we recommend, and we can find a way to book it, we cannot take responsibility for any problems resolution with that hotel.
